Refund policy for private tours
We fully understand that tour plans and itineraries may occasionally change and need to be altered, and we will try to accommodate these changes wherever possible.

Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for missed tours or those not cancelled in advance. We will, however, try to reschedule your tour wherever workable. However, rescheduling may not always be possible.
If your tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a voucher that can be redeemed for two years from the date of cancellation.
For tours cancelled 31 days before the tour date, we offer a 100% refund.
For tours cancelled 30 to 15 days before the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund is applicable. Entrance tickets are non-refundable.
Tours cancelled 14 to 5 days before the scheduled tour date a 20% refund is applicable. Tickets are non-refundable.
Tours cancelled within five days of the tour date or missed tours are non-refundable.
